Warranty service
The warranty period of UDEN-S heaters is 5 years from the date of sale. During this time, in case of failure, the equipment is replaced at the expense of the manufacturer. To do this, contact the point of sale (dealer) or the trading house UDEN-S (if the purchase was made directly at the factory).
In case of violation of the rules of storage, installation, operation of UDEN-S equipment, the customer's claims are not accepted. Failure to comply with the requirements specified in the technical data sheet, which led to damage to the heater, eliminates the possibility of free warranty service.
